Linux best game-server panel

I'm currently running my gameserver on a minimal CentOS 6 box and I'm doing everything via SSH and SFTP in terms of management, I've been Googling around and there's a couple products out there to install a web-interface on to the box.

I have specific requirements though

Web-interface hosted on a different linux server to the game server (if that's not possible then I'd look for something that uses minimal resources)

Opensource/Free or Paid is fine, thanks for your input.
