Info changed to 'x' to protect players info.

I have never seen this command used as an exploit and it is not a player I would expect to be doing anything wrong. Could this ban have happened in error?

Not really, the only way is if he was a idiot and entered the command after someone told him to.

report_touchlinks is like groundlist or other debug functions. It could be used to spam the server into lagging hard or possibly crashing.
