SourceBans Steam Login Failed?

When trying to login via Steam I am getting these two warnings and am unsure what the issue is behind it. Could someone help please?

Okay so according to Steam ID finders this is what my Steam ID returns given the "STEAM_1:1:":

With "STEAM:0:0:": https://steamidfinder.com/lookup/STE...A0%3A11948860/

How is SB going to give me admin permissions if it is unable to determine between the correct ID and the incorrect ID?
