PrintToChat antiflood.sp

I can't find where the plugin sends the "You are flooding the server!" message.

I would like to edit that message within the .sp file and not the antiflood.phrases.txt

Where is the message printed on the default antiflood.sp?

I didn't found, may be some internal logic between SM and the engine,
but if is the message that you want to change I don't undestand why you can't use the antiflood.phrases file.
