Is posible generate by MM plugin HID? e.g. dproto on 1.6 generating SteamID by HID for non steam players i want HID for banning system its possible?

Not exactly, i'm not sure what dproto 1.6 is but i'm guessing its a non steam thing. In this case the client is modified to run code to generate a HWID and submit it to the server. the server would have a plugin listening for these submissions to know how to identify the user. This means that the servers aren't running code on the client to get a HWID in that case. MM plugins nor VSP have the ability to do this as it would be a vulnerability. The closest thing i can think of that you could do is create cookies on clients using the MOTD panel and track them this way. Although if they clear the cookies then it wouldn't track them anymore.
