CS 1.6 doesn't support custom death icons.

Yea, OciXCrom is right, maybe you can do something like show it in chat if you really want to, it can be hud message as well.

One more idea, it's quite good replace for this. If you use like kill sounds (UltraKill Sounds), you could make sounds like that :)

I found this on forum. But for some reason, it didn't work for 1.8.2 version of AMX MOD X, if anyone wants to make this, this can be their guide.
