Admins levels

Hello, I am new to these topics, I would like to ask for help to create admin levels, and how to assign certain commands (mute kick ban etc) I used the default flags but I only have 2 full admin options, or a flag with only kick. (Sorry for my english)

Thank you, I did not understand that each command has its letter and only had to add "abcde ...", but I could, Thank you :)
