so, can I actively run this vip plug-in into left 4 dead 2 on my computer?how do I add these modules? inside the vip core plugin.

Yes you can use this for L4D2 2 and drag and drop the vip modules

addons/sourcemod/data/vip/modules/MODULE_INI_FILE
addons/sourcemod/plugins/vip/MODULE_SMX_FILE
addons/sourcemod/translations/MODULE_TRANSLATION_FILE

you mean your Gameserver? Yes, the VIP Core Plugin can use for CS:GO, Team Fortress 2, DOD,L4D2 1/2 (it is in the description of the original page) search for Vip R1KO in google and you see it :3

How do I run left 4 dead 2 on my own computer, not on the game server? I'll hire a server after I try it on my own computer.
