Cannot load the plugin for other plugins that needs it.
 

I just started making my own TF2 server and it was going out smoothly. I had recently installed tf2items plugin and so far it looked like it was going well. i did do sm exts load tf2items and have an autoexec file but I don't understand why other plugins like this deathrun plugin is saying its not existing or its not installed. Did I screw something?

What also made no sense to me is it infact DOES load when I reset the server or just recently turn it on. I do infact have "tf2items.ext.2.ep2v" file aka "tf2items.ext.2.ep2v.dll" along with an autoload "tf2items.autoload".

I am also having this problem with steamtools even though I properly installed it but that's going off topic. What can I do to solve this problem?
