Trunc Commands

This plugin allows you to trunc commands. For instance, you can trunc "amx_" to "x". Than any command entered that starts with "x" will be reformatted to "amx_".

Just a little plugin made on demand.

trunc'ing work son both server and client commands, though the server command implimentation is a little ugly. Oh well!

Works by changing defines, may move it to CVAR.

Yeah. I did it a long time ago, and never uploaded it. Just thought it was a neat little proof of concept.

Its a bit ugly, but eh.
