Give self weapon

i want a plugin that people writes !kn or !knife and they are getting knife and they cant use it up to 30 seconds per turn, i mean it will show them after !kn dont abuse the command and after 30 seconds they will be able to use it again.

just wondering why you need to be given a knife in the first place though
