sv and var spikes

Hello, I haven't been able to find a solution even though I have been trying for hours and hours over several days so I decided to try and ask here. So I have been running 4 CS:GO servers on my dedicated server for many many months without any issues, but recently my servers have been having sv and var spikes (sv and var in red) a lot when there are +10 players on each server.

Past months I didnt have any issues even though all my servers have been full, but only recently there has been a lot of sv and var spikes, also my CPU has been spiking 90-100% alot.

Servers
2x Casual, 20 slot, 128 tickrate
1x Casual, 12 slot, 128 tickrate
1x Casual, 20 slot, default tickrate

Dedicated server specs

2x SSD SATA 240 GB, 1x SSD SATA 500 GB
4x RAM 8192 MB DDR3

Rate settings
sv_mincmdrate "128"
sv_maxcmdrate "128"
sv_minupdaterate "128"
sv_maxupdaterate "128"
sv_maxrate "0"
sv_minrate "128000"

Re: sv and var spikes

That's a lot of players at a high tickrate for your i7-4770.
Are you running anything else on the machine, like web server or fast download, database server etc.?
Have you recently updated the OS or any other critical packages?
Try disabling all plugins and see how the performance/usage of your cpu cores is.

Your cpu is overloaded. You have 4 cores and your load average is more than 4.0

Yes I am running web server, fast dl and database on the same machine. I havent updated any other critical packages recently. I tried disabling all plugins but it did not affect the sv and var spikes at all, still lagging.

Yes but I havent had any problems with my CPU before so why has it started lagging all of a sudden?

Disable this 17 "CowAntiCheat" (1.17) by CodingCow .

EDIT: and this "CS:GO Esl Admin ESP (mmcs.pro)" (2.8) by SAZONISCHE
