Does Anybody Know that plugin ? i need this one i heard somethings about that plugin they maybe calling it model index

What is this plugin supposed to do? If you're talking about the walking style on the video - that's the walking animation from the model itself, it can't be changed with a plugin.

its not from model itself. i tried model and nothing happens
