Not sure about the other versions but this one respects team-chat and dead-chat too.

Ya, of course! The main difference here is that this one is not a command. It does not interfere with any chat hooks or badly coded plugins, or even logs for that matter. And of course what Extreme_One said. It respects the original recipients.

Oops! You should set your plugin dependencies to your core plugin as this is useless without it :P

I find that highly unlikely. Are you saying that your server crashes everytime you do a /me command? or that your server crashed sometime after loading this.
