I am aware of this error. so I'm using retakes ziksallocator allocator.

Wait, u are saying that using ziks allocator will fix insta defuse not working sometimes?

Untested, but give it a go in a testing location ( I tested enough to ensure it doesn't break )

First time ever to encounter this error. If you run a dated SM version I'll have a look tomorrow

Edit: oops, error was too stupid to ever been done by me ever haha

sm version is 1.9 (build 6274) tested on 2 retake server and k^^
