[REQ] Motd Script I need please

Hey, Can somebody please whip me up a tiny little template plugin that will visit a site in motd when somebody types a keyword in the chat, could you make this all in one plugin file? Could you also make it dead simple to edit the source, since I am very noob at coding. Thank you very much. You will be rewarded with rep.
