Where can I get modified maps

I saw that many servers have different maps in Left 4 Dead 2 than the ones in the game, they are interactive with search events or moving things. How can I get those maps?

By joining their servers and downloading them.

For L4D2 it doesn't work like that either

Everything is done with stripper files and most of them are private because of the time it takes to make each map, I have some map modifications on my server made by myself, and those on sky that are public. I leave you some links where you can consult everything about stripper
