Installation:
Add csgo_gore.smx into your sourcemod/plugins/ folder.

i must say it s cool but it makes the game a little laggy

Do you mean client fps lag? or server networking lag?

mhh lets make an Example
i gave someone a headshot but its like one good 1sec after my shot he falls/dies
without goremod its ok so it looks like it have somenthing to do with it
it's a great plugin but on my server it dosen't work synchron

hope everything is readable

nah it isn't a sec its like 0,5 or whatever idk maybe its just me idk
