HLDS getting Crashed after I Install AMXMODX
 

Hi , I am Umair :) new on the forum.
I am having issues while installing a cs 1.6 dedicated server
I actually Used this Tutorial to Install the server it works fine in normal but whenever I install amxmodx of any version on it , and then launch the server again , it crashes .

Ever heard of game panels? It's more hassle and less work than you do it manually. About your problem, can you give the logs of ur server. So we can know the problem.

Make sure you're using the appropriate metamod and also making sure the right OS when running it. Assuming you're running it on windows, make sure its a .dll extentsion and not the .so, vice versa if running linux.
You'd be surprised how often this small mistake happens.
