please add support for CSGO, plugin fails to load as sv_vote_issue_kick_allowed_mvm is not present, although CSGO seems to support sv_vote_issue_kick_allowed 1 or 0

As far as I know, this should work... it wraps all the blocks that reference votekickMvMCvar in a engine version check for TF2.

I also disabled updater support by default in this build so you don't blow away this version with a different version.

(version will show up as 1.2.2pl)

Edit: I didn't address the wtf that is creating a convar in OnAllPluginsLoaded.

Updated to v1.3.0. Changes:
  • Added support for CS:GO
  • Updater improvements

You might like to rename the plugin from [TF2] to something and also it's currently listed in TF2 game only although CSGO is supported too :)
