How do I reset rank for server?

How do I reset ranks/ stats for my 1.6 counter strike server and not reset XP for UWC3?

searching for "rank reset" returns tons of matches that all tell you how. Isn't searching magical :roll:

BTW the stats uses its own file, and UWC3 cant be using the same file. So resetting one wont effect the other.
