[CS:GO] MinimumPlayersRank not working

I set MinimumPlayersRank = 200, reloaded daemon, restarted server, but rank limit not wokring. In server connecting players in 400, 700, 1000+ positions.
This feature work in csgo?
HLstatsX:CE 1.6.19
