Description:
This plugin shows last known position of enemies on the radar.
It can be set to auto show "Enemy spotted" message when you aim on enemy, "Need backup" when you spot multiply enemies, or when you have small amount of HP, and "Taking fire, need asistance" when you shoot to enemy with much more HP than you.
It can also show hud message "Enemy has been seen in this sector" when you're close to red blinking point.

Cvars:
amx_erenabled - plugin enable / disable (default: 1 [enabled])
amx_ertime - to how many seconds, enemy's last known position will be visible on the radar (0 is off) (default: 4 [seconds])
amx_erradiocmds - on / off auto radio commands (default: 1 [on])
amx_ershowmsg - to how many seconds show message to passerbies about recent enemy in sector (0 is off) (default: 10 [seconds])
amx_ershowattacker - if set to 1, attacker's position will be visible on radar even without eye contact (default: 0 [off])

Destination:
I wrote this plugin for biohazard mod, but it's also suitable for public TP servers. It also prevents from camping well.

Seems to work correctly also on Counter-Strike CZ
