How to host a online cs 1.6 game

I want to make a online cs 1.6 server, and i know how to make one by using hlds, and no i don't want to make it by hlds, cause its too much hassle as i don't use a router i use my mobile data, so don't have a static ip address and cant forward ports because of not having static ip address.
Enough of my musings how to make server by hosting the game on a website. i have seen many paid websites doing so, i want to know how do they do it, cause i am not serious about making one i dont wanna make a server using paid sites.
Can anyone tell me how do the paid sites do this????

Please :).

They run it just like you would. Servers are mostly the same thing your home PC is. Websites (or game panels) are just interfaces to those servers providing you (a user) an easy way to operate your rented game server.

They also use high speed connections, mostly over 100mbps.
