HLDS 7882 update?

Hello,
a few days ago i noticed, that HLDS has been updated from 7559 to 7882 build:

Code:

Protocol version 48

Exe version 1.1.2.7/Stdio (cstrike)

Exe build: 17:23:32 May 24 2018 (7882)

Does anyone have informations about what has been changed? I can't find any informations about that update.

Partially fixed some vulnerabilities with nicknames, which could cause server to hang.

So? i don't Have to Get the Update!!? since people always use Normal Names on my Server. ;)
EDIT: Sometimes people use Nicknames that crash my Server. i have A HLDS Folder seperate from SteamCMD but i have a problem with SteamCMD after installing it. it just proliferates the Word Steam on The Command prompt :/
How do i fix that? is it a Steam Bug or a Virus this started happening on Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17692 it did not happen on Windows Ten Build 17134 :(

I recommend updating. This patch closes at least three exploits in these original variations.

like i said SteamCMD has this problem where it proliferates the Word Steam in Command prompt after updating or opening SteamCMD
maybe a problem with Windows 10 insider preview Build 17692

The Only Solution is someone is going to have to download The Latest Condition Zero Server files from SteamCMD and upload it to Mega.nz in a 7z Pack :/

You can try to download HLDS from the tools in the Steam library.

Yeah i erased all my Half Life Mods And Dedicated Server closed Steam Re opened Steam downloaded Half-Life Dedicated Server only and install Counter-Strike in Steam Closed steam made a Backup in 7z.
and also made a Folder for Counter Strike Condition Zero with HLDS. both working fine with Server.cfg made from http://cs-bg.info/cfg-maker.php and i install AMX MOD X 1.8.2 with Counter-Strike Addon and it works fine :) i use to get HLServer files from Steam and not SteamCMD i always had this constant problem of it not working proplerly that was over 7 years ago i know how to run a CS Server etc. never worked right now it does :/

EDIT: i just downloaded Half-Life Dedicated Server from Steam with Condition Zero and its still v7561 July 2017
EDIT: i changed my download location to London UK in hopes its rolled out to The UK Great Britain. it has not rolled out to South Africa :/

SteamCMD doesn't Proliferate "SPAM" Steam in Command prompt and it will download itself and then install The Game Server. *Holding fingers* i get the Update.
EDIT: i didn't Get the update on SteamCMD while using the Batch Script. HLDS Update 7882 :/

For Windows the build number did not change, but the date of digital signature of files changed. The changes took effect if you have a swds.dll with a signature dated June 4.

yeah i did not get that through SteamCMD :/
