SB++ CSGO Theme Navigation

Hi guys.

I'm using the CSGO theme for SourceBans. SB version 1.6.3.

I am wanting to try and change the way the top left navigation links are from the default. Doing something on photoshop, this is how I want the top left links to be (The "Admins Servers Bans Comms Groups Settings Mods" links):

How can I accomplish this?
