Hi,
if you can Please Make a plugin For counter Strike: source v34...
when You are ban a client
He cant Send Message Send Voice Chat
ear Talking Players and Cant To Join any Team he stay in spectators
and Just See The Game!

admins able To Blind That and Able To unblind That
