Hi i want report for this problem (but where )!

The server does not download completely and this problem has long since I suffer from them What is the solution?

Type the command again untill every file has been downloaded. It's a known bug

I am aware of this bug before but
I tried again several times but it did not work
pleas if u have linux system try it . just to make sure for this problem its not only for me

Look I tried many attempts but the error came back.
Or did I not understand better?
