NEW msg display on css?

Hi, I remark there a new way to display message in css. But I dont found it on http://docs.sourcemod.net/api/. I want to use it, some one can help me?

It's the KeyHintText usermessage.

It's not a Hud Message.

It's a hint message:

See: PrintHintText()
