This is AMXX not PHP, to do this you need to find a PHP scripter or just find this "paypal service" somewhere on the web, almost every Server community has Paypal service on their web.

To clarify to others what he wants :
He wants to connect Paypal with his site so people can purchase Admin/VIP via PayPal (the amount which will be delivered to the site owner)
