Hi i need a plugin similar to this plugin (I have attached)
but instead of giving the unique id (steamxx_xxxxxx) it should his steam id
May be while a player connecting to my server server instead of giving his unique id
server will search his steam id from (http://steamidfinder.com/

STEAM_0:#:######## IS the SteamID of the user. What from that website do you need and why must it come from that site?

i know i was not clear :/

i dont want "STEAM_0:#:########" i want steam id like akash_guptacosmos (mine)
and this website will find the "STEAM_0:#:########" to his real account id!
so people can add him as friend without irritating :/

You cannot obtain the Steam Account Name through ANY method. You can obtain the CommunityURL, the CommunityID, or the SteamID. But not anything else.

It does not obtain my Steam Account Name as Steam does not provide any method to obtain it

It works for you because your customURL is the same as your Account ID. A smart user would have set the 2 to not be the same. While it might work for you, do not expect it to work for everyone.

You can always show their Community Profile in the MOTD window and they can add you there

He is correct. You cannot get all the player's steam account username.
the man has spoken.

If you tell everyone in the world to make their CUSTOMURL the same as the Account ID, then they can make you a plugin.
