Get Admin by Level!

Hello All ,
I Need Menu ,
Case 0 : Mini-ADMIN = Level 20
Case 1 : Super-ADMIN = Level 40
Case 2 : Ultimate-ADMIN = Level 70
Who want my bb_shop cz my bb_shop inside have level!
