I need the VIPA plugin

I have a VIPA on the "O" flag
A slot for VIPA "a"

I just want the VIP to have access to this command.

Command !buy
A menu with a choice to buy things is displayed.

On the TERRO side
M4A4: $3100
Ballistic shield: $3500
Remonte ezplosive: $ 3000

On the CT side:
AK47: $ 2700
Ballistic shield: $3500
Remonte ezplosive: $ 3000

and in the menu an option
Back or close.
