Re: HLSTATS perl problem

To quote the installation guide

Quote:

The last folder you need to have upload is the scripts folder, most of the time you are going to want the scripts AKA:Damon folder on the same server as the database, in 90% of cases this is going to be the website. For this folder it is extra important that people can not access this from the website. IE do not put it in the folder where you can see it in your browser. This is for security reasons.
Mine is somewhere "above" my actual website, sort of like a subdomain but isn't actually a subdomain.
For example you could put it under
/var/www/website/scripts
because
/var/www/website/www would be the folder of your actual domain.com
and
/var/www/website/stats would show "stats" being a subdomain if you have configured it to be one (stats.domain.com)

It really doesn't matter where you put it as long as it is somewhere above the site because you just need to know the path in order to get to the daemon or use crons

Re: HLSTATS perl problem

so i put scripts in C:\xampp\scripts and edited some code of hlstats.conf
BindIP "192.168.1.17"
Port 27500
but My server ip is 192.168.1.17:27015
so that port value should be same or not?
when i Execute daemon control as IP 192.168.1.17 and port 27500 it shows me

  • Sending Command to HLstatsX: CE Daemon at 192.168.1.17:27500 — 50 bytes OK
  • Waiting for Backend Answer...recieving 29 bytes in 1 packets...OK
  • Backend Answer: OK, EXECUTING COMMAND: RELOAD
  • Closing connection to backend...OK
and my server console is here

Re: HLSTATS perl problem

Did you add the server to the hlstatsx:ce webpanel and add the log address commands to the gameserver so it sends logs to the daemon?

You obviously have not followed the installation guide if you don't even know that you NEED the hlstatsx:ce webpanel running in order to have hlstatsx:ce daemon to log server data.

I think you need someone to translate for you so you can understand.
