What is this error?

I am not out of physical memory so I have no idea what that means.

How long you have configured timelimit/maxrounds... before map changes?

It was an idle server so I change the map once per day.

This is known CS:GO bug... Try to change map at least 3 times (or more) per day. Idk if another workaround exists.
