when i try to ban anyone on my server(counter strike source) doesnt work it says you need to w8 30 seconds and when it pass nothing happen i try again and it writes same -_-

no,it says "This player has not been verified. Please wait thirty seconds before retrying."
and i keep trying to ban any1 and doesnt work.
Any idea why

With logs, i'm talking about the sourcemod server logs in addons/sourcemod/logs/errors_*.log or sourcebans.log. There seens to be an issue with checking the banstatus of joining players.
