CS:S War/Mix/PUG Plugin

Hey guys!
I'm looking for a plugin, for latest version of CS:S that allows me to create a PUG/Mix 5vs5 match. It doesn't need to be very advanced, just a two halfs of 15 rounds, FT16, and swap teams after a half. Is there any? There are some servers that using "WarMix" plugin, at least that's what it is called, but I can not find it.
