Page 404s when anything is clicked

I recently installed the webpanel. However, the website brings up error 500 when I attempt to go onto it. Link

Anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

It works now. Fixed it by chmodding the main webpanel directory to 775. However, if you click any of the buttons it 404s.
