Can someone put hlds folder in a zip ?

Hi everybody, something is wrong with me and steamcmd ! there is always a bug, no matter what i do :(

i wanted to know if someone can zip his dedicated server folder for counterstrike 1.6 (app_update 90) then put it on the internet (for example mediafire, uploadhero, etc etc...)

then i could download it and install it , it would be appreciated ! thanks :)
