if you look for ReGunGame 1.8.0r_fix, you will find what you are looking for, you can disable everything on the config if you dont want, sounds, hud, leader, motd and so on, but you will need rehlds/regame/reapi but it is the most improved mod, since the old on is not being supported anymore

just because its bigger and has more functions doesn`t mean its heavier, if you not using some functions, it won`t read them, if you disable everything on the mod, it will run like a basic plugin, you can pause the plugin too then unpause

there is also a multimod plugin, which you can change maps depending on the mod players or admins wants

A smaller and poorly coded mod is much more heavier than a huge and properly coded one. Open Google, type "amxmodx gungame" and choose one.
