Well, that really isn't something to be ashamed about (not saying you are). A lot of people in this community are from non-English-speaking areas, and that's just something we have to live with. Besides, that's why we also can teach and help eachother.

Anyhow, as I said, otherwise good job with this plugin, hopefully someone confirms that my English translations are correct, and also more people confirm that this plugin works.

It works for me. :) Also I've noticed after death of virus my screen still are in fade like when Your hp decreased after few seconds.
And suggestion :
When I throw smoke nade to someone he is infected but if there are nearby others that they walk into smoke they will be infected too.

The only thing I see wrong is that you only cache the cvar values when the plugin starts. You should retrieve the values each round or something of the sort.
