Problem with FPS

Hi all.
I entered yesterday at cs, and first what i saw is that, that FPS is 30 (and it should be 100). I enter to mine testing zombie plague server and mine fps was 5~3 :@ I don't know what to do, so can anyone help me?

you must set parametres of your VGA to the performance, the in cs console fps_max 101, cl_updaterate 101 cl_cmdrate 101, type net_graph 3 and it will be check fps 99+
