Just a question before be unnaproved!.

Exolent version use register_clcmd:

Mine use SayText message..

Exolent version have more features it's true, but it seems be very old and have some bad codes. I can modernize this adding the same features more easy, but that's the same for me you can unnaprove it.

Working to next features:

• > CVar for Sensitive/Insensitive case detect.
• > Flags for skip scanning or not.
• > File to print ^IP / ^NAME / ^STEAM of users Detected.
• > 'Maybe' some exolent features of his original plugins

Now on i have some things to do, now i live in England and i have no time to do all of these.
Waiting more observation/ideas & any reply you wanna write.

Does plugin work? Cmd say/say_team sends message saytext for each player. One use of cmd say can send 32 messages. First player will see message but for other players will be blocked.
