To answer:
At the end of your HLstatspage is a Link called Admin. Click there and you will have to log in.
After log in click on "Clan Tag Patterns" And set your tag as you wish

That will not work, today the clan tag is a field for itself. today you use steam groups you are member of, to set your tag in options/multiplayer/advance/tag and then writing your nick for them itself.

How can we fix that problem ?

At this time HLX:CE only parses that log files, and as the clan tag that is set by steam groups are not written to the log. If there is a plugin or something that can add that data to the logs then it could be parsed. But once again I am not adding anything to the current perl code other then security fixes.
