How to set a picture of a rank anywhere

Hi

Can you tell me how to set a rank here? Is it possible?
My sourcemod programmer does not know how to do this.
Can you help me if u know how to do this? - THX

These use the hudsyncs and screenoverlays

Should be a screen overlay "r_screenoverlay" on pre-made materials that are transparent and fit screen scale size.
