VAR in CSDM/HSDM/Community servers
 

Basically, my SV/VAR jump up all the time whenever I play CSDM on the community servers. All I run on my PC while playing DM is Corsair Link, MSI Afterburner, music via steam overlay on YouTube and that's it.

My internet speed is 150mb download and 10mb upload.
Specs if needed; i7-4790K @ stock, GTX 1080, 16GB RAM.

Don't know why it's happening, omegle.2yu.co but it's stuttering and freezing.
