<Moved from General> CSDM menu not showing

So the menu that shows

1. New weapons
2. Last weapons
3. Close menu

That menu isn't showing for me. I have installed amx with the cs addon, i had a working version on my external, sadly it broke. I have tried the kwo one as well, but none are working.
