Please try to outline the functionality you want. For example, don't just post "I want x."

Post something like:

I want a plugin that works like this:
1) Feature #1
2) Feature #2
3) When event x happens, to action y
4) Can be configured with Cvars to turn x and y off

etc. The more detail, the better chance someone can write something up that works the way you want.
