Is it specifically VoiceannounceEX crashing your server? If you post error logs then someone can probably help you out :)

There are no errors. Whenever VoiceannounceEX is on the server the server crashes whenever a non fake player joins. (OnClientPutInServer)

The server crashes when the plugin executes the hook.
