[TF2] Custom chat problem [?]

Hi,
In this week, I started a project with a TF2 server, and, I don't understand something.
I want to make some custom ranks, like: [Admin 1], [Admin 2], [Admin 3], "✪ Capo ✪" and " ✪ Fortuneline ✪ " (without " ).

Some pics. are below with my custom-chatcolors.cfg, admin_groups.cfg, admins.cfg.

The admins_simple.ini contains only "STEAM_0:1:495612544" "99:z"

Okay, so, the problem now, is the next:

When I'm on my server, and type something in the chat (Z - flag), it shows me the FIRST rank I made, which is [Admin 1]. And I don't understand/know how to solve this.

You can't use multiple prefixes in this plugin.
